You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

• RETURNS/DELIVERY INFO • As these are a bespoke item we only accept returns if the item is damaged. So please check you have selected the right size and colour witin 48 hours of order. If you need help with this please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always here to help. Returned items must be packaged securely and in the original packaging. If your purchase has been damaged in transit. If this is the case please get in touch at your earliest convenience by messaging us. We will ask you to provide a photo of the damage. We will provide you with a returns label for you to attach and return to us. We will then replace your order giving you a lead-time as to when it’s going to be delivered.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
