I have a large bag of very thin wooden blanks and I wanted to do something with then but wasn’t sure what. I painted one and then picked up a plastic charm and let the paint dry around it. I really liked the look and though that this could make an inexpensive but very eye-catching pendant. I painted the blanks with black acrylic then decorated one side with Pebeo effects paint. I then chose a plastic charm to use as a bail. The necklace is made using repurposed cord. Each one is a colourful one off.
