All my items are created in a pet and smoke free environment.
I aim to dispatch all items within one day.
My packaging is mostly recycled. My family pass me all their boxes and packaging to reuse helping reduce sending on to a landfill. I rarely use new packaging but sometimes it is unavoidable.
I will combine postage and refund any excess. It's amazing how many of my items will fit in a small parcel for £4.50 postage.
