You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

I take great personal care and pride in making your jewellery and I hope you enjoy your pieces you have purchased. However, if for any reason you wish to return the item for a refund, you must send the jewellery back in its original condition within 14 calendar days of your delivery date. This includes any packaging or freebies. Failure to do so, may mean that your return is refused. To return, send a message with your reason for returning and a picture of the item. If your item arrives faulty, you must let me know within 24 hours of delivery of the item. If you broke the item, send a message with a picture of the item and I will see if it can be repaired. If it can, you'll be given the price for repair. All postage costs for returning an item is paid by the customer.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
