You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

UK deliveries: All deliveries are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for unless the customer requests 1st class or special delivery for a rushed order. The customer is responsible for the postage costs unless specifically stated otherwise in the items listing. Overseas deliveries: We use the Royal Mail/British Post Office to ship our items and we will always send items using a 'tracked' service. 'Ready to send' items will be dispatched 3-5 working days (or sooner) after payment. Private commissions, customised items, one-of-a-kind designs and personalised items will be made to order after payment. They may take some time to make and will be added to our order book in turn. They will be dispatched 3-5 working days (or sooner) after they have been completed. Items lost or damaged in transit: An item will be considered 'lost in transit' once you have informed us it is undelivered and STC have confirmation from Royal Mail Tracking that they have failed to deliver the item. STC will always do our best to replace any items that might be lost or damaged in transit. In the case of ‘One of a kind’ items and ‘customised orders’ that are impossible to recreate this will, obviously, not be possible. If this occurs, we will offer you the choice of credit, a refund or another item of the same value. Goods damaged in transit must be returned to STC before a refund will be made. STC will refund the postage costs for the return of damaged goods. Please be aware all of our items are individually hand-crafted and take time to make. Although, we post them as soon as possible after they are finished, the project itself may take many, many hours. It will be worth the wait but if you would like an update on progress at anytime feel free to contact us. If you have a specific, important deadline please let us know BEFORE BUYING. If we cannot make your schedule we will let you know so you can choose not to order. If you live outside the UK, you will need to ensure you make arrangements for any import duties/ customs procedures etc relevant to your own country's legal requirements.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
