Bindweed and Stone Walls Necklace from the 'Colours of my garden' collection

This necklace reflects the gorgeous creamy white of Bindweed flowers tumbling down the banks of my garden... I have teamed it with the beautiful soft grey of the Yorkshire stone walls that form the borders. I have used a distressed hand painted finish.
This unusual bold necklace makes a unique statement, perfect for summer dresses or a stylish accent in the darker months. Made from polymer clay, it is very lightweight and easy to wear. The beads are entirely handmade and threaded on strong waxed cord for a simple unfussy finish, The necklace easily goes over the head and measures 23" in length. approx.

These necklaces are inspired by the colours of my garden. It is an unruly space that refuses all efforts to contain and manage it. Yet I have come to appreciate its untamable heart and slowly learnt to embrace its weeds and wild ways. In this collection of necklaces you will find the echoes of ragwort and pondweed, stone walls, and bracken, the tones of bindweed, lichen and currants...these are the colours of my garden, I hope you like them too.
