Natural driftwood for crafts, approx 25 pieces

Lengths:

Approx 10-20cm long (4-8 inches) OR
Approx 20-30cm long (4-8 inches)

and please ask if you want yours to be particularly thick, thin, straight, wiggly or anything else!

Often used for upcycled wood projects and driftwood art such as handmade gifts, wedding decorations, garden/patio decorations, garlands, macrame hangings, centrepieces, mirrors, frames etc.

These driftwood sticks are supplied as raw materials. As such, they are simply brushed off and left to dry, ready for you to sand, treat or cut to suit your own particular craft needs.

While I safely pack all items for delivery, packaging will have been previously used whenever possible.

Driftwood sticks are so eco-friendly and useful for today's crafting - be it macrame and other home or shop decor items. Not everyone lives near the beach, so I've collected possibly the biggest supply of driftwood in North Somerset, UK!

Walking along the beautiful beaches of the West Country, I am always wowed at the amount of driftwood brought in by the strong currents. Every piece has a different story - from age-old shipwrecks to well-travelled objects from Welsh shores or even the Atlantic. I collect it for my driftwood projects.

I rinse and leave the driftwood to dry naturally in the sunshine before brushing it carefully. I don't add any chemicals or paints to my crafts - just the occasional wipe of beeswax, but only if necessary. Most pieces remain untouched to retain their natural, rustic character.
