This shoulder bag has been made from offcuts of high quality soft striped red and grey velvet furnishing fabric, with a repurposed red cotton fabric lining. The sides are made of matching grey velvet furnishing fabric (also from offcuts).

It has a magnetic closure, zipped internal pocket, a large internal slip pocket and a keychain clip to keep your keys handy.

Approximate measurements: 24cm height x 25cm width x 14cm deep (not including straps).
Height including straps: 49cm.

As this handbag is handmade, please allow for slight variations. Colours may slightly vary due to the lighting during the photo shooting or the monitor's display.

After the handbag was ready, I noticed a slight crease on the lower part of one of the sides, as per the last two photos .The price of the handbag has been discounted to reflect this.

Whilst I use new cotton fabric for making face masks and makeup removing pads, I'm looking into ways of recycling and upscaling. So for my other items, I'll often use fabrics which come from offcuts which would have been thrown away, deadstock or even fabric which was once something else, giving it a whole new purpose.
