Item details

This design is based on the beautiful trailing plant - String of Hearts. The shapes and silhouettes wrap around each mug creating an eye catching perspective from any angle. The design originates from a series of one-off Gelli plate prints that have been scanned and digitally layered.

Mugs are available in 3 colours (Light Grey, Mid Grey and Pastel Green) with a gloss finish.

Each design is individually printed onto a ceramic mug that is dishwasher safe and microwavable.
8cm in diameter, 9cm in height
Supplied in a white smash proof box for added protection.

This collection features my favourite house plant - String of hearts. During lockdown I plucked up the courage to begin growing flowers and plants at home. I have a reputation for killing any plant in sight. With the help of a local florist, they taught me how to nurture and grow these trailing beauties. This design originated from a series of one-off Gelli plate prints, I then scanned and layered my prints using digital techniques to create the mug design. Each mug is then individually printed in my home studio.
