"Winter Tree" lino cut print. 15 x 21 cm. An open Edition print using black and blue cranfield safe wash ink on Handmade Seawhite of Brighton Paper 160gsm.

Hand printed on 21 cm x 28 cm approx paper, printed area is 15 cm x 21 cm. All prints are titled and signed by me, Rebecca Cordery BA(hons). This is an open edition, which means I can reprint as necessary; there is no final number. . The paper is deckled on 1 edge.

This is the first print I've used ternes Burton pins for registration, so the alignment is better than hand, but I feel there's still improvements to be made. When framed, providing you mount the image, any alignment discrepancies won't show. It was printed in April 2022.

Im just starting out in printmaking (although I've been a practicing artist for many years) so my prints aren't perfect, but they are unique and lovely and affordable.

I've given myself a year to master Linoprint, so please keep checking back and follow me on my printmaking journey.

These prints are sent with love from Sunny Eastbourne by the sea.

The prints are sent unframed and cardboard backed in a cello bag for protection.

Advancing my skills, this month I thought myself how to to use ternes Burton pins for resigtration (printing more than one layer) . Although perfectly imperfect this winter works well showing a nice contrast between the naked black tree and bright cloudless skies. This would make a minimalist print for any wall. It's printed simply in black on blue on white Seawhite handmade paper. I'm really happy with it. I think you can start to see the direction I'm going with my prints through this. Only 4 month into my Linoprint mastering journey. Happy days.
