Welcome to Jackdaw Bindery - thank you so much for visiting! Here you will find a wonderful selection of hand-bound soft cover leather and cork wrap journals and sketchbooks, created using a range of hand selected materials. Each and every item that you find in my shop has been hand-bound by myself in my little studio in West Ashling, West Sussex on the South Coast of England.
All of the leather I use have been sourced as a by-product from the upholstery and automotive trade which may otherwise end up as waste. If you have an idea for a custom book, I would love work with you to create the perfect handbound journal for your needs, just get in touch and we can go from there!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Part of my hand embroidered celestial collection - this gorgeous tri moon phase embroidery is hand-sewn by me into your colour choice leather journal. The embroidery measures approximately 1 14" wide by 12" tall.

All journals in this listing are 6x4 (A6) and contain 120 pages of blank or printed pages in a large selection of colours. If you require a different size journal, please request a custom order.
