Thank you for popping into my shop! I’m a retired Graphic Designer, but thankfully I haven’t retired from being creative. I still love the process of making things, experimenting with colour, pattern and texture, and giving new life to all sorts of materials.
You’ll find a colourful and eclectic mix of handmade pieces in my shop, with birds and flowers featuring strongly throughout. I particularly enjoy combining unexpected materials, patterns and colours to create unique mixed-media pieces — so there’s always something a little different to discover.
I’m also a big believer in happy postage! If you find more than one item you’d like, I ALWAYS combine postage and refund any excess. I know it can be a little alarming to see the postage total increase as you add items to your basket, but please don’t worry. I’ll package your purchases together and refund the excess postage on the same day your order is dispatched.

Full description
A pretty handmade bag charm and matching card.
A little silver-tone bird, flower and open heart charm are nestled among a selection of glass beads in shades of green and soft pinks. The beads include crackle glass, drawbench and Czech fire-polished. I've also used a selection of seed beads to act as spacers.
The drop from the top of the centre bead to the bottom is approx. 6cms.
The matching card has a pale pink bird painted with acrylic and mounted on mdf so that it appears to perch on top of the heart which has been given a coat of silver wax gilt. The flowers are made from origami papers and have silver sequin centres.
The card measures 4x6 inches.
The items will be sent Royal Mail second class, large letter.
