This pen was created using by cutting the wood blank at an angle and inserting ebony veneer which when turned creates the lovely pattern. Operation is a simple twist to reveal the ballpoint, (these are easily changed ). The high polish finish requires no maintenance and the metal work is finished with a gunmetal style plating.

I offer a choice for presentation , simple velvet sleeve( inc), clear plastic box ( £1.50) or a wooden lidded box (£4.00) where I can add a simple greeting (FOC) using pyrography-

I loved creating this from hardwood bands, it take time to cut and bond together the wood sections at an angle and insert ebony veneer which when turned creates the banding. I use a variety of timbers as available. I finish the pens in multi coats of waxes to leave a very tactile feel.
