Garnet is my own birthstone and I love the cherry red of this beautiful gemstone. I always love tiny beads and have had these stones in my collection waiting to be used for something special. I decided to make these gorgeous stones a subtle part of a dramatic piece. The design came together as I beaded and I let the materials lead the way, adding glass pearls to soften the look.
