You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

RETURNS Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your item. The kit must be unopened, in a resaleable condition and dispatched back within 30 days of delivery. Refund will be processed 14 after we receive back the goods using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. NOTES This is not a toy and should be used for decoration purposes only. Choking hazard contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. This kit contains items with sharp point/edge, use only under adult supervision. Colours may vary according to your screen display. Personal use only, you may not copy, distribute, sell or publish any part of this content.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
