The Coneflower design brings a little bit of natures delights into your kitchen. This substantial, durable, custom wooden spoon appeals to natural beauty lovers of all ages.

The design is carefully hand burnt into the wood using Pyrography, one line at a time (no lasers are used here) This Drawing with Fire technique ensures you are receiving a one-off piece as no two can be exactly the same. The design will not rub off or fade as it is burnt into the wood.

All wood components are finished with 100% food safe mineral oil, this protects the wood, seals in moisture and acts as a barrier to stains and heat damage. It creates a surface that wont allow bacteria to reside giving you a long lasting utensil.

I love these coneflowers, they are so delicate and beautiful. My inspiration usually comes from the nature and wildlife I see around me. I am lucky to have beautiful headland and woodland near to where I live. I like to sketch flowers and then I use the sketches for my wood burning designs.
I like the idea of creating something special from an everyday item. Using wooden utensils that have wood burning art on them makes the cooking experience more pleasurable and makes me smile!
