If bright, earthy tones are among your favourites, then Mookite is the gemstone for you. It belongs to the Jasper family and the variations of Jasper is staggering.
This "Mookite' Jasper comes all the way from the Mookite Creek in Australia, the one and only location. Now you can see why this baked earth colours are the way and colour that they are.
I always feel that Mookite needs just a little lift to bring out the fullness of the intense colours, so I always add just a smidge of sparkle just to give it that extra edge and Labradorite fits the bill very nicely.
Another one locational gemstone. It comes from Labrador in Canada.
