Here we have a rather specific book pillow. A lovely personal gift given to a much loved granddaughter from her Grandparents.
The cushion is 38cm x 28cm, made in red and white cotton with gingham piping.
The pocket is 38cm wide by 23cm deep.
There is a machine embroidered script that reads ‘ Granddaughters are especially made to love and I love you.
Also 3 appliqué hearts in contrasting colours, and 3 little heart bees.
This is a really nice addition to a nursery or child’s room.
The individual elements of embroidery are from other designs, I wrote the script and took each element to make this a very unique design.
The reverse of cushion has a velcro opening and cushion insert is included.
Everything will be well packaged, but please note I use recycled packaging.

One of the things I always did for my two, much loved. Granddaughters was to send them a valentines gift, in fact I sent them gifts for most celebrated days. We lived and still do a 4 hour drive away, it was a good way of having a continuous and close relationship. In turn I was sent things they had made for me, and of course lots of phone calls. Alas they are now quite grown so these little tokens have diminished, we are now onto text and lots of advice to help Nootie with the modern world .
