A classic style belly basket in plain white, looks amazing for blanket storage in your living room.

What makes our baskets different from the other versions is that we spray paint them to a high quality satin finish so that every weave gets an even covering and the paint does not flake. We even paint the handles!

We were so frustrated with the poor quality paint and finishes that were available on the market for these traditional seagrass baskets, that we decided to do our own paint job instead.

By using high quality Rust-Oleum® spray paints, we first spray a coat of primer on the basket which grips to the basket and makes sure that the top coat of satin white adheres to the primer for a solid finish.

What we achieved was a satin white finish that doesn't flake or crack ensuring that your basket has a long life.
