I have used a beautifully soft merino wool to hand-knit this lovely women’s beanie hat. It is shades of brown, knitted to a design based on traditional Fairisle. It includes a stretchy ribbed welt to keep your ears warm. The sweet little "Roses Workshop" brand label is laser etched faux leather.

I have knitted this lovely hat with needles, not on a machine. It is hand-knitted "in-the-round" so there are no ugly or uncomfortable seams. To fit average adult head size 55-60cm (21.5-23 inches) and slightly stretchy for a comfortable fit.

This gorgeous hat will be wrapped in tissue and tied up with a ribbon, ready for giving or as a treat for yourself. To get your lovely purchase to you quickly and safely I use Royal Mail tracked / signed for services. Save on postage for two or more items bought from my shop at the same time.

Hand-washing is best to keep pure wool in top condition. Never put wool into a tumble drier, as it will shrink and felt.

One of my few exceptions to wool from the UK, this Merino comes from the British Falkland Islands. Due to the climate, there are no flystrike problems on the Falklands, allowing for much higher animal welfare than Merino from other countries. No sheep dipping or "mulesing" is undertaken by Falkland Island farmers.
