Another one of my favourite pieces, this gorgeous chunky copper and pure silver cuff style bangle has been inspired by the idea of the spinner rings, as well as the beautiful pools and gorges along the highlands of Scotland. Whilst wild swimming in hard to reach locations, the rocks and sculpted landscapes from the rivers and mother nature ooze with colour and texture, iron on cliff sides and pools of rocks with their own little eco systems. Limpets on rocks and cockles under coral.

Ive created the dappled and mottled, rippled wave effect by a technique jewellers call planishing. The Copper has been heated and bent over on itself to create a 'lip' that is slightly bevelled keeping the silver 'smaller piece' in place. Lovingly handformed from start to finish, the hammered and planished metals are then adorned with silver grains - 3 little balls of silver, a process called granulation. The whole piece is then silver soldered which secures the pieces in place and ensures this unique piece stands the test of time to be lovingly worn over and over again.

Item Specifics - measuring approx 2cm wide. The inner silver bangle is 2mm thick.
