A beautiful, hand painted, personalised house portrait. These make fantastic gifts and a great momento. The perfect birthday, anniversary, house warming, or moving out gift, of your home, work place, wedding venue, and in fact any special building or place.

The painting above is an example of my work and a previous commission. This is not what you will receive.

To have your own house portrait, email me a photo of your preferred angle. Feel free to include as many additional photos as you like so I can add lots of detail. Good quality, high resolution pictures taken in daylight work best. An address which is identifiable on google maps is also often helpful.

I am happy to include any special details such as dogs, cats, seasonal foliage on request, as well as taking out things you don’t want to see, like satellite dishes, cars etc. Please include any titles which you may like to add, such as dates or an address.

I work in lightfast ink and acrylic paint onto heavy weight (300gsm) water colour paper. I add a signature splattering of paint for added effect. It will be an entirely hand drawn and painted artwork. The size of the picture is inclusive of the card mount and is unframed. Actual artwork size 27 x 27cms.

When the picture is complete, I will email a photo for your approval, after which slight adjustments may be possible.

My paintings take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete but if you have something urgent, then let me know!

I have been painting for many years now, since I moved from London, leaving my architectural drawing career behind, to raise my young family in the countryside.

Proving that you can take the girl out of the city but you can’t take the city out of the girl, I still love drawing street scenes, houses and buildings, especially freehand which gives the illustrations a more freer style and character. I take special interest in the architectural detailing and proportions. Town houses are my very favourite to draw in pen, but you can't beat a cotswold cottage when it comes to a colour portrait!
