You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

The item you see here is the one you will receive and I have aimed to provide dimensions which are as accurate as possible. Please note that wood is a natural product and can be affected by its environment, for example being placed in an overheated setting. Items will be sent by Royal Mail. Unless you are returning an item because it is proven to be faulty, please note that the return cost will be payable by you. Unless the item is faulty, only the cost of the item will be refunded. If postage is refunded, it will be to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post. Normal practice is to enclose a copy of the receipt with the item; however, if you would like me to email it to you instead (if it is for a gift and going straight to the recipient, for example), please indicate this in Notes to Seller at the time of ordering. I will refund unused postage if smaller items are sent with other orders and the parcel is within the postage rate costs.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
