Linen eye pillow weighted with rice and fragrant European lavender. Each eye pillow comes with a self-care message adorned on the tag.

This aromatherapy pillow can be used for yoga, meditation, relaxation, headaches, cramps, and Sleep. This eye pillow can be used hot, cold, or at room temperature.

Covers can be removed and hand-washed in warm soapy water.

To heat, place in the microwave for 15-second intervals or place on a radiator for 10 minutes.

To cool, place in the freezer for one hour.

Like so many, I found myself at a real mental health low during lockdown. Some of the most helpful tools I turned to were yoga, meditation, and good sleep which helped me to find balance in a time that was so unsettling. I also focused on my creative craft, sewing little gifts for friends and family.

In January 2021 I began to sew eye pillows as I had discovered how helpful they were during my meditation practice and for my frequent tension headaches and poor sleep. After falling in love with all their uses I decided to open HANLUIDIR to spread the love!
