Self-love is only the beginning; whether that’s taking a long hot bath, a quiet reflection in meditation, hopping on your yoga mat for a practice, or simply rocking out to your favourite music in the kitchen. But sometimes its hard to get those good feel energies flowing, especially with how the world is nowadays, which is why I created this energy boosting candle.

Each crystal has been cleansed, charged, and are ready to help guide you to a calm and rested self again so you may continue on your journey of self discovery.

The lotus flower is regarded as a symbol of enlightenment, purity, rebirth, and triumph over obstacles.
I have included a little thank you gift of a lotus flower on a stainless steel charm for your yoga mat or bag.

Each candle is accompanied by a little card with a print of my original watercolour & a list of the ingredients and their benefits.
