A hand-crafted tree of life leather bracelet in the early medieval style adjustable tie fixing.
The Bracelet is adjustable and would fit a 6 inch (15cm) to an 8 1/2inch (22cm) circumference wrist. some of the leather would need to be trimmed if used at its smallest size.
it is at its widest point 1 1/4 inch (3cm) wide
The Bracelet has been sealed but as with all leather care should be taken if wet as the dye may stain

A popular symbol of the late pagan and early medieval period. This style of fastening was very popular for casual belts and bracelets at this time.
I love to find a use for materials that are normally thrown away. this leather was destined for landfill. What a waste.

Hand-dyed leather even when natural oil is applied to the leather before dying can feel stiff at first. However, the leather will soften with wear and use and will quickly lose its stiff feel and take on a unique patina.
