Handmade in our studio in Guernsey using recycled precious metals. Meticulously made with love and attention to detail.
These lovely earrings are made from peridot, a stone prized by the ancient Egyptians. They named it the stone of the sun and kept the island it was found on a closely guarded secret. So much so that the island and peridot were lost to history until 1906 when it was rediscovered again.
We love how these little gems live up to the name 'gems of the sun', they light up so brilliantly in the light. Perfect for adding a bit of colour to any outfit. The tassel is reference to the 20's in which this stone become a staple in jewellery.
