Victoria is a hand made papier-mâché doll. She is dressed in her Red, White and Blue knitted swimming costume and a cotton fabric mop cap, including a shell for decoration.
She is holding her Union Jack flag and bucket & spade.
Victoria is mounted on a wooden papier-mâché base with shells and a sea urchin for decoration.

She measures 27cm tall (including the base) and 20cm wide.

Victoria is another of my Cob House folk. I wanted to make a seaside addition to the collection as I live not too far from Skegness beach. The Cob House folk would certainly visit our lovely beach and Victoria is ready to go, sporting her knitted Red, White and Blue swimming costume with mop cap to keep the sun off! And of course her bucket, spade and Union Jack flag for making sandcastles.
