The summer is finally here! And while we can't wait to get out the BBQ tongs or sit and relax with a drink in the evening there is one thing none of us look forward to; the bugs! Midges, mosquitos and all manner of flying bugs also descend on us during the warm summer evenings and there is nothing more annoying than swatting them away or being bitten.

Our handmade, outdoor floating candles not only look fabulous but release that unique citronella scent that beasties hate. Ours also contains Java which makes the citronella smell a touch less harsh but no less abhorrent to the flying gatecrashers.

Simply half fill a wide, shallow bowl with water, gently place the candles on the top so the water doesn't splash the wicks and light them. Depending on the size of bowl you can have 1, 2, 3 or as many as you like on the go. They look as good as they perform and if you would like yours a different colour from the standard yellow please let me know. You can also choose whether to have the little wax bees added for a bit of fun.

As with all our products, these floating candles are creating using only clean, vegan ingredients. The wax is our signature coconut/rapeseed blend, the wick is cotton and the dye and fragrance oil environmentally friendly. The candles are supplied in recyclable packaging and zero plastic.
