When we lived in Sri Lanka, many a moment was spent watching geckos run up and down and across the walls and ceilings trapping flies and mosquitoes. We loved seeing them flit in and out of things, sometimes all you would see was the tail sticking out in one place and the head a few cm along with the body hidden in the roof.
