This collection of designs is called Enchanted Garden, so I was thinking about what – or who! – you would find in such a place. A frog prince? A bird of paradise? Certainly a fairy, as the garden's guardian. The background fabric, with its print of a full moon in a dark sky, gave me the colour-scheme, and a black fairy seemed like the perfect choice.
