What an iconic bird species for Great Britain! I have always loved these brave, cheeky, beautiful birds and am lucky enough to have a pair that live in our cottage garden and come to visit us whenever we are outdoors. They seem to just love being with us, we offer food which they take a little but mainly they just wish to be with us. It is such an honour and we are always enchanted by their presence and wonderful wisdom. Robins are known to be a great protective force for good, so what more of a blessing could I ask for?
I created the original piece using beautiful Polychromos pencils onto crisp, white cartridge paper. The Limited Edition A4 print is a professional scan of this original and is printed at Giclee standard onto high quality Arcoprint FSC, acid free paper.
I carefully package (using recycled or eco friendly materials wherever possible), post tracked and insured using Royal Mail and follow up to ensure you have received them in pristine order.
Our Robin couple that live in our cottage garden are always around, whether searching for food for themselves or in the Spring and Summer months busily nest building and feeding hungry brood mouths. They always make me smile and feel so happy. Of course they would be a part of my Wild Britain Collection, it was a no brainer! These cheery birds are also known as a Christmas symbol too and I love to see them in the snow, their red breasts shining out into the white covering.
