Kite and boat, fused glass decoration for Dad

Kite and boat, fused glass decoration for Dad
Love this

Stuck for a present for Dad? This quirky suncatcher makes an ideal gift for the hard to buy for Father, evoking thoughts of happy days spending time together.
The kite, DAD and boat have all been handcut from various coloured glass before fusing on to a clear glass background to highlight the colours.
It can be displayed indoors or out, in Dad's 'man cave', greenhouse or office, wherever he chooses!
The suncatcher measures c.10cm tall (without the ribbon) x c.5cm wide

My own Dad inspired this little suncatcher, recalling happy childhood days flying a kite on the Forest and days spent on the Solent albeit in a little dinghy rather than a sailing boat!
My husband says it conjures an altogether picture for him - of Dad being stranded on an island, making the Dad sign out of driftwood and fashioning a kite to signal for help!!!
