Item details

This house stands at 22cm with the globe being 9cm.It is beautifully decorated with twisting vines,little leaves and wisteria like drops of tiny iridescent purple,pink,blue and white flowers.There is a little hobbit like door,two windows on either side of the house and the vines,door and windows are all hand painted.The bottom of the house is surrounded with blades of grass and it rests on a little flower shaped base which is covered with grass and decorated with tiny grass and flower tufts.There are little ladybugs and butterflies scattered around the house and it hangs from the stand by a silk leaf cord.The house comes with a battery tealight candle.

I love all things Faery especially where they might live.I draw a lot of inspiration from where I live up here in the Highlands of Scotland with all the forests and lochs that we have.I also draw from all the stories of the "wee folk" as we call them.My houses have the tiniest details in them as it is something that I really enjoy putting into my work.
