The image on the card is taken from my own original felted picture ‘Hope in a Heart Mug’ which was very much inspired by the snowdrops early in the year that always give hope that there are better, brighter days ahead after a long winter. A few displayed in one of my favourite little mugs was a perfect combination.
The original picture was created using both wet and needle felting techniques using merino wools, silks and fabrics.
This art card really captures the lovely textures of the original piece of work.
