I love bringing in flowers from the garden to brighten up the kitchen and it’s even nicer to pick a little posy as a gift for someone...definitely a simple gesture that means a lot.
My original picture was very much inspired by the many jugs and vases of flowers I have around the house when the garden has plenty of blooms to spare. It was created using the wet and needle felting techniques with merino wools, silks, yarns, fabrics and stitch.
This giclee print really picks up the lovely textures of my original piece of work.
