I spotted this train while I was having lunch on a roadside wall on Newport-on-Tay (the Fife end of the rail bridge), taking a break from walking a section of the Fife Coastal Path. The pigeons had been roosting on the bridge, and as the train approached they took flight. But they are obviously very used to this disturbance, because they circled round and came back to roost just after the train passed. I was lucky enough to capture some of them as they flew back.
I am deeply interested in Scotland's history, wildlife, and landscapes. I enjoy taking photographs and then digitally altering them, and I hope that you find this new, slightly skewed perspective intriguing!
