Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

SAFETY: Check ingredients prior to use and patch test first. Im not liable or responsible for illness or allergic reaction. Some essential oils are not advised to take when pregnant. Please contact your doctor or midwife when considering which oils are suitable. If you have sensitive skin I would recommend doing a patch test first. For external use only and avoid your eyes. In the unlikely event of any irritation, please discontinue use and seek medical advice. CARE: Store in a cool dark place, this oil should be used within 12 months once it has been opened. None of the products are tested on animals, only willing Humans! Every order is made to order, so the products are not made in batches. This is to minimise waste and avoid overproduction DISCLAIMER: Because this product has not been tested on animals, I assume no liability for any kind of allergic reaction, eruption or any other damages that the products may potentially cause, including (but not limited to) loss of wages, revenues or business, or disappointed expectations of any kind. The customer must agree, before buying the products, that if they are not happy with them, the only solution shall be that they stop using the products. If, however, an allergic reaction or eruption should occur, a full refund for the cost of the products will be given as the only form of compensation. No other form of compensation will be given.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
