Weighted yoga eye pillow for deep relaxation and self care in Liberty cotton fabric.
It can be used as a heat pad or cold compress.

It can be filled with flaxseed only (unscented) or lavender and flaxseed, our most popular option!

With its slight pressure on the eyeballs, it feels like a heavenly scented hug to your eyes. It blocks out unwanted light and helps deepen your relaxation.

MATERIALS:
External cover: LIBERTY OF LONDON 100% cotton fabric.

Inner pad: Oeko-Tex certified 100% cotton fabric, flaxseed, organic lavender (optional).

SIZE:
Approx. 8.25 x 4 x 0.75 inches / 21 x 10 X 2 cm

WEIGHT:
170g (approx.)

HOW TO USE:
It can be used as a hot pad or cold compress.

Hot pad: Warm up in the microwave by using increments of 10 seconds until warm enough (40 seconds max.).
Natural relief to the symptoms of headache, cold, sinus or rheumatoid pain.

Cold compress: place the pad in the freezer for up to 60 minutes. Perfect for sunburn or sunburn relief.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All covers are detachable and can be washed in the machine or by hand. Use a mild detergent, wash at 30°c on a gentle setting.

Avoid tumble drying. Hot iron on non-printed area when dry. Do not wash the inner pad with flaxseed and lavender inside.

As someone who suffers from headache and insomnia at times, I know how difficult it is to find some peace and rest, so I decided to make an eye pillow to block out light and aid relaxation, and it helped me hugely.

I was already running an online shop, so I thought I would offer eye pillows to my customers, and it has been one of my bestsellers since then, with many cotton fabrics to choose from.

The inner pad is made with cotton fabric and stitched with cotton thread, so that it's biodegradable at the end of its (long) life.

I do care about the environment, and do my best to post all my products in curated environmentally packaging.
