I discovered the King Cole yarn used to make this item from a friend with a wool shop. It's made of all recycled fibres from their other branded yarns. I had knitted it into a few items which were lovely and had some left overs from these projects and so my hat came into being. Crocheted with double strands this hat has a lovely felt feel to it. It is easily squashed into a bag and then a little stretch with your hands and it looks great again.

This hat is perfect for Spring and Autumn, a little bit of warmth from the wool component but also light enough to keep the sun out of your eyes and your head not to hot on lovely spring days.

I have one dark pink hat as per the photos, but can make others in the colours shown in the photo's if you would prefer one of those colours, just let me know how I can help you.
