Art Deco inspired pendants in a stunning blend of glittering purple, bright yellow, hot pink and gold polymer clay. The top edge of the semi-circular pendant has a shouldered circular cut out in the centre. The outer edge is decorated with an alternating band of pierced tear drops and tear drop discs. The pendant hangs on a gold-plated chain necklace.

All the clay pieces of this necklace have been cut from my own handmade canes, which I slice and lay out to create random patterns. No two pieces are ever the same! Once the pieces have been constructed and fired, they are sanded and painted with a semi-gloss varnish.

The chain is 24cm long.

The necklace will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag, ready to gift or keep for yourself!

This pendant is a homage to Art Deco jewellery of the early 20th century. I love the strong forms and bright colours of that era.

I made this blend of colours for my mum. The bright colours reflect her strength, courage, beauty and optimism. She always looks vibrant, just like this colour palette.
