Sight loss inspired me to hone my wire art and gemstone skills for your delight!
The diagonal lines on this stone meant that I felt inspired to use these in the design. This is the second time I have wired this particular stone. I was dissatisfied with the original wiring. It was stiff and unyielding.
This new design offers a far more attractive result than before. There are several wires mimicking the lines on the stone but they are far more graceful and attractive. There is also more fluidity in the rest of the design as well.
This is a direct result of being able to use Covid restrictions to hone my skill and improve my designs.
