The measurements for this design is:-

Height just over 9 inches

4 inches wide.

About 7'' inches long

And has a copper patina
The mug is to give an idea of scale, the plants are just an example

Be aware that these are made using recycled glass, So will have some scratches and marks on the glass due to past use.Using weathered glass, some glass will also have a mottled look. I try not to use the glass if any marks will be noticed on the main panels. As a one-off design, these well may also include minor imperfections. On saying this I wouldn't be selling unless I was happy with the finished terrarium.

Started making these when I retired, As I found there wasn't the choice of terrariums for the planting of succulents in the garden centres,
I started making them from picture glass which I was getting from the local tip,They would let me have the pictures at a very good price. Then I would strip them down for the glass.
The trouble with this is I was getting breakages as the glass was to thin.
So I managed to get hold of some greenhouse glass at a resonable price, This was an ideal thickness, The downside was because of the past use the glass would have scratches, And somtimes a mottled look, So I have to be careful where I used the glass on the terrarium. On saying that I have sold quite alot now so I must be doing It OK.
