This is a chunk of fallen Birch bark I found whilst wandering Mousehold heath in Norwich, it had such detail and texture in it I couldn't just leave it there. i brought it home, dried it out and shaped it into this resin teardrop. Gold fixing and a faux leather cord, making it vegan friendly.
This necklace would make a great gift for a partner, parent or special person in your life.
Each item is handcrafted with love and care.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in a gift box and wrapped in brown recycled paper to keep it as safe as possible during transit.

A fallen piece of Birch isn't a useless piece of Birch, I found a huge chunk of fallen Birch bark whilst on a walk near a near by wood with the dogs. the tress it had fallen from stood proudly beside it and looked almost ashamed to be stripped of all its hard work, i took the piece home and dried it for a considerable time before Turing it into this tear drop.
