At the Little Fudge Box we hand make all of our fudge in small batches in the Welsh Mountains. Our products are gluten free, palm oil free, no glucose syrups, vegetarian and we use local ingredients wherever possible and use compostable packaging.

Our traditionally made fudge is luxuriously melt in the mouth, it’s got a crumblier texture that some people have likened to Scottish Tablet - but we use a slightly different recipe that we’ve developed ourselves. Irresistibly delicious!

Many people will have tasted and bought our fudge at one of the many artisan markets, shows and festivals we attend every year.

We’ve a fairly large family who try to eat as little processed foods as possible. Concerned about the number of unecessary additives and the absurdly long shelf life on sweets as a treat for our children we began experimenting with our own sweetie creations. Believing that whilst sugar, eaten more as a rare treat was better for our children that the many chemical based alternatives, our fudge business was born!

We use locally sourced ingredients where possible, and try to keep our fudge simple, but delicious. We use compostable packaging too and have a fabulous gift box range with fudge boxes wrapped in hand drawn original designs exclusive to the little fudge box.
