I was travelling in Bolivia and was spending a few days in Copacabana on the shore of Lake Titicaca. I was walking around the town when I heard music and laughter so went to see what was happening and came across a wedding celebration in the plaza. There was much music, laughter and dancing. I just loved the hats, dresses and the people.
