An original artists edition print of an Ash Tree cross section taken from a fallen tree located on the grounds of allotments in Feckenham, Worcs, UK.
the tree had to be felled due to Ash Die back disease.

Available signed and numbered out of a limited edition of 40 in Black. Each version is slightly different as the amount of ink, pressure and paper orientation varies a little with each copy as they are print by hand.

Handprinted using sustainable inks and archival Japanese paper 60cm x 60cm. Supplied as either a bare print rolled up in a protective tube or in a black frame for an extra £22 (using plexiglass in place of picture glass for safety. The Allotment Ash woodblock can also be printed in green as shown or any colour of your choice - just ask me.

As my work is handprinted to order, it may take around a week to reach you after ordering.The shipping costs to UK and Europe cover either bare print or framed versions. For USA and rest of the world, the shipping costs shown cover shipping of bare print in tube only. Costs of shipping here for framed prints by request.

The name stems from the location at the side of a local allotment where I live, and where a friend kindly secured a log slice for me to memorialise a majestic tree that had fallen due to ash die back disease. This section of the tree is just where the main trunk splits initially into 3 large branch sections, hence the apparent 'eyes and mouth' in the image.
