Item details

This sheet of wrapping paper measures 29" x 19" (73cm x 48cm) and is decorated with my blue mushroom illustrations on a light blue background, and comes with a mushroom gift tag. The gift wrap sheet is made from 70lb paperweight uncoated matte paper, and the circular tag is made from 17pt thickness, 120lb card. I drew these illustrations myself, and digitally designed them onto the wrapping paper sheet which was printed by a wrapping paper manufacturer. The back of the sheet has guidelines to help ensure neat cutting when wrapping your gifts. Your gift wrap sheet will arrive in an A4 envelope with cardboard backing, and will therefore be gently folded, by me, into eight (like the wrapping paper sets you can buy in the shops).

When I first made these mushroom illustrations I had in mind that I would print them onto a tea towel, but when I showed my partner he remarked that it would make for lovely wrapping paper. I made a digital tile to see what the pattern would look like repeated, and he was right! I have since been making wrapping paper with these mushroom illustrations, with blue, white or pink backgrounds.
