Illustrated greetings card depicting my Springer Spaniel feeling rather sorry for herself. A lovely card to warmly wish someone well and take care of themselves.
When Springer Spaniel "Belle" joined our family as an excited yet sensitive puppy it soon became clear that adventures with Belle were going to be plentiful. With a background in Art and Design i almost felt compelled to illustrate some of Belle's adventures with a view to collating them into a children's book. My greetings cards are an extension of my work towards this book and each one captures a moment in Belle's adventures. My wish is for my 'illustrated' Belle to bring smiles to peoples faces, just as the 'real' Belle does to our family.
The card comes with a quality pure white envelope and packaged in a clear cellophane bag.
The inside of each card has been left blank for you to write your own message.

All orders will be shipped in a card backed envelope with 'DO NOT BEND' printed on to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left me.
Card dimensions are 140mm x 140mm square.
My cards start out as an original hand drawn and painted illustration in pencil and watercolour. A high resolution scan of the artwork is made before using a graphics program and graphics tablet to hand draw the backgrounds. The scanned image of the original artwork is then laid over the top of the background.
The perfect greetings card for any dog lover. Each card is printed by myself using high quality printer ink which resist's fading in sunlight and ageing. I use premium quality, 245gsm, acid free, Fine Art cards in natural white and softly textured to best achieve the quality and appearance of the original watercolour.
