Furrow Handwoven Lambswool Blanket
Description
Beautifully soft handwoven double blanket in fine lambswool. Handwoven on my custom-made loom using a Fibonacci graduated warp from charcoal though shades of grey to natural and mustard yellow. The draft is a delicate twill, forming tiny ridges like furrows in fields after harvest. A very special heirloom piece that is woven to order- please contact me for the lead time in advance to ordering.
The double blanket measures approximately 200cm x 150cm and is large enough to cover most of a double bed or the lower half of a king sized bed.Lightly felted to ensure the softest and warmest blanket for your bed.
Also available as a lap blanket, approx 90cm x 180cm, matching cushions if ordered with a blanket at £100 each.
A fine merino version of this draft is available as scarves and cowls on separate listings.
